Kayla R.

Kayla R. has extensive work experience in various industries. Kayla began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Service Manager at Portland Street Honda. In 2016, they worked as a Parts Advisor at Tesla and as a Lead Service Advisor at Penfold Motors. In 2017, Kayla became the Head of Product & Operations at Op Central, a global software platform, where they also held the roles of Head of Support & Operations and Global Client Success Manager. In 2018, they founded Kreative Naturals, an all natural, toxin free skin & hair care company, although the products development and research are currently on hold indefinitely due to COVID and other ongoing personal projects.

Kayla R. attended New Germany Rural High School from 2002 to 2008 and completed their Office Administration program at Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC from 2009 to 2010. Kayla also holds certifications from Honda Canada Inc. in Shop Loading & Dispatching (2014), Enhancing the Customer Experience (2014), Interpersonal Behaviour Profiling and Listening (2013), a Food Handlers Certificate from the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture (2010), a Lifeguarding certificate from the Canadian Red Cross (2006), and a Forklift Operation Certificate from WorkSafe Victoria (2016).
