Ilari Rautanen

Ilari Rautanen has extensive experience in the financial industry. Ilari began their career at Danske Bank in 2006, where they served as a Contact Center Outbound Sales Representative before being promoted to the role of Senior Personal Banker, Investment. In 2013, they joined Nordtouch as a Master's thesis worker. Ilari then moved on to work as an Investment Advisor at Helsinki OP Bank Plc from 2013 to 2015. Rautanen then became an Investment Manager at Helsingin OP Pankki Oyj, where they worked until 2016. Since 2016, they have been with OP Financial Group, initially serving as a Branch Manager before transitioning to the role of Risk Manager. Currently, they are the Risk and Compliance Lead at OP Financial Group. Throughout their career, Rautanen has been responsible for various areas of risk management, including operational risk, financial advice, and reporting. Ilari has also demonstrated expertise in sales, leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Ilari Rautanen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Risk Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences in 2007. In 2013, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
