Kristen Tripphahn

Kristen joined the Op4G team in February of 2022, bringing 18 years of experience in the market research industry. She began her career at Harris Interactive, leading panel operations and bidding teams before joining Schlesinger Group where she spent 9 years driving the development of Schlesinger’s global panel teams, leading US Qualitative Operations and finally serving as VP, Strategic Operations, working across business units to lead strategic initiatives.

Kristen’s expertise lies in growing high-performance teams and optimizing global business operations, but her passion is leadership development through mentorship, connection, and empowering people to elevate their thinking to meet their biggest goals.

Kristen lives outside of Rochester, NY with her husband, son, and 2 border collie rescues. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends, music, cooking, and creating comfortable spaces where people can come together and be their true, authentic selves.
