Lance Norman

Lance Norman has had a varied career, starting with an internship at Hamilton Sundstrand in 2012, followed by positions as an R&D Engineer and Electrical Engineering Intern at IMCORP from 2013-2017, a Service and Design Engineer at Precision Measurement Services from 2017-2019, an Electrical Design Engineer at Autonomous Therapeutics, Inc. from 2019-2020, a Senior Automation Engineer and Principal Assay Automation Engineer at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2020-2021, and currently Director of Hardware Engineering at Opal since 2021.

Lance Norman began their educational journey in 2010, when they enrolled at the University of Connecticut and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering in 2014. Lance then continued their education in 2021, when they enrolled at Columbia University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering.
