Prajakta Kude has over six years of experience in Human Resources. Prajakta has worked in various industries including Tata Communications, WLM Pvt. Ltd., Sangha Training and Media Solutions LLP, Career Forum, and Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting. Prajakta is currently working as an Associate GM, HR & Operations at Opcito Technologies.

Prajakta has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

Prajakta Kude has an MBA in HR from Sinhagad Management Institute, Pune University. Prajakta also has a Bachelor's in Management Studies from Mulund College of Commerce, Mumbai University. Prajakta is a certified HR Business Partner from LinkedIn and has also completed their coursework in Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding, Rewarding Employee Performance, Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations, and People Analytics. Prajakta is also SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.

Prajakta Kude reports to Chaitanya Jawale, Founder & CEO. They work with Colwin Fernandes - Co-Founder & CTO, Abhijit Kharat - Co-Founder & Chief Evangelist, and Vinay Patil - Co-founder & Chief Architect.
