The OpEd Project is a social venture and leadership organization, founded to change who writes history. We are a community of journalists, thought leaders, and change agents who actively share knowledge, resources, and connections across color, creed, class, sexuality, gender, ability, and beyond. Through our nationally-recognized curriculum, our team of journalist mentors, and through a portfolio of programs in partnership with leading institutions across the nation and the globe, we accelerate the ideas and impact of underrepresented voices, including women of all backgrounds. The Public Voices and Fellowship Team at The OpEd Project collaborates to amplify underrepresented voices by guiding and mentoring fellows in crafting and publishing impactful op-eds. They work with leading institutions to support fellows in gaining visibility for their ideas, contributing to public discourse, and ultimately changing the narrative on important social issues. Their efforts include organizing workshops, providing resources, and offering one-on-one mentorship from experienced journalists and thought leaders.
