Engelbert Ehrmann

Engelbert Ehrmann has a strong background in the automotive industry, with significant experience in various engineering roles. Engelbert began their career at Semcon in 2001, where they worked as a Development Engineer, focusing on body-structure and hang-on parts. In 2004, they were promoted to Head of Department for Calculation and Simulation, where they oversaw CAE activities.

In 2011, Engelbert joined Opel and took on the role of Supervisor for Sensing Performance Integration and Integrated Safety. Engelbert held this position until 2013 when they became the Performance Team Leader for Safety Performance Integration in Small and Midsize Vehicles. Most recently, they served as the Technical Lead Engineer for Safety/NCAP Affairs, starting in December 2017.

Throughout their career, Engelbert has demonstrated expertise in safety and performance integration within the automotive industry.

Engelbert Ehrmann completed their education at Fachhochschule Bingen, obtaining a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau in 2001.
