Farrokh Rahimi

Farrokh Rahimi serves as the Executive Vice President at Open Access Technology International, Inc. (OATI) since November 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing market design and consulting activities, particularly focusing on ISO/RTO markets in North America and international transmission system operators. Prior roles at OATI include Senior Vice President and Vice President of Market Design and Consulting. Before joining OATI, Farrokh Rahimi worked as Principal Market Engineer at California ISO from January 1998 to November 2006 and held the position of Senior Principal at KEMA Consulting from 1988 to 1996. Farrokh Rahimi earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
