Bojan Martin is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in founding and leading companies in the climate and software sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Open Climate Solutions since October 2022, Bojan also holds the position of Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant at Paragon Atlas since January 2017. Previous roles include Software and Data Team Lead at 9T Labs and Co-Founder at Deep Coast, along with organizing Hack4Climate in 2017. Bojan's earlier experience includes serving as CIO and Head of Development at BEN Energy AG, a Consulting IT Specialist at IBM Deutschland Research & Development, and various roles at SAP and IBM Canada. Bojan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2010.

Open Climate Solutions
The purpose of the tax exempt non-profit association is the research, development and implementation of climate protection projects and measures in Switzerland and abroad in the fight against global climate change. We pursue our purpose in particular by promoting and financing nature-based climate solutions that support biodiversity in addition to mitigating and reducing climate-damaging greenhouse gases. We believe in open sourcing because we recognize the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing in solving complex environmental problems. By openly sharing our knowledge, we hope to accelerate the growth of climate solutions and maximise our impact. We are currently developing a regenerative seaweed farm pilot in Scotland that develops and open sources new technologies, tests novel polyculture approaches (multiple organisms with co-benefits) and delivers process improvements across the seaweed value chain from seeding to primary processing while also creating jobs in rural communities.
