Guillermo Esparza

Guillermo Esparza has held a variety of roles across a number of companies. In 2019, they were the Head of Design and Design Lead at OPEN COLLECTIVE. In 2018, they were the Executive Account Director / Head of Strategy at Tafka co-op. In 2017, they were the Founder of Knoto. Finally, in 2015, they were the Co-founder / CDO of Rendería.

Guillermo Esparza received their Licenciatura in Diseño industrial y de productos from the Universidad de Guadalajara between 2011 and 2016. Guillermo then went on to pursue a Laurea Magistrale in Design del Prodotto per l'Innovazione from the Politecnico di Milano between 2014 and 2015. In 2018, they completed a New Ventures Leadership degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. In November 2019, they obtained a Negotiation Skills: The MIT Mutual Gains Approach certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
