Konrad Kollnig is an Assistant Professor for Regulatory Technologies at Maastricht University, where Kollnig leads the RegTech4AI research project. Additionally, Kollnig serves as a Research Associate at the Open Data Institute, contributing expertise to projects focused on privacy-preserving technologies and responsible data stewardship. Kollnig holds an MSc and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University, with further studies as a visiting student at The University of Edinburgh. Kollnig completed the Abitur at Otto-Pankok-Schule in Germany.
