Gina Cantale

Gina Cantale is a dedicated Family Advocate at Open Doors Academy since September 2020, where responsibilities include forming positive relationships with caregivers, families, and community members, as well as collaborating with district family liaisons. Previously, Gina served as a Coordinator, guiding scholars through curriculum to enhance academic skills and support organizational development. Experience also includes a field placement at the YWCA of Northwest Ohio's Domestic Violence Shelter, focusing on case management and housing assistance. Additionally, Gina worked as a Campus Safety Officer at Bowling Green State University, ensuring campus safety and supporting police operations. Gina holds a Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bowling Green State University.
