Leonardo Rocco, MSc., currently serves as the Director of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence at Open English, overseeing Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Machine Learning initiatives since November 2012. Previous roles at Open English include Senior Technology Manager, Office Manager, Delivery Manager, and Business Intelligence Technical Leader. Prior to Open English, Leonardo held the position of Business Intelligence Project Leader at TeraCode and gained experience as a Senior Reporting Analyst/Programmer at TeleTech, Business Intelligence Developer at RS, and Information Analyst at RS, focusing on quantitative analysis and market research.
