Naomi Asser

Naomi Asser is the Technical Recruiting Manager at Jumpstart, where Naomi specializes in recruitment for start-ups and Hi-Tech companies. With a good knowledge of the local tech scene and strong interpersonal skills, Naomi leads the full professional cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing the right candidates to signing the employment contracts with them. Naomi has also held similar roles at Truecaller, OpenEyes, Harmon.ie, and Volumez. Prior to their career in recruiting, Naomi was a Commander in the Israel Defense Forces, specifically training recruits interested in becoming social workers. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Reichman University and a Master of Science in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King's College London.
