This role is a hybrid position if based local to Toronto or remote from other Canadian/US locations.

How you’ll Make An Impact: (If this looks enticing, click “Apply”!)

  • Own the Amazon P&L and hit monthly revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Develop the strategy required to hit our ambitious growth targets.
  • Manage Amazon advertising to drive growth, with focus on optimizing profitability.
  • Analyze SKU level data to identify product and category trends, make proactive recommendations to improve organic sales and margin.
  • Work closely with operations team to improve our forecasting process and always ensure strong inventory position.
  • Monitor FBA and shipment fees and proactively find opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Oversee all product and brand pages to ensure that images and product information adhere to Amazon best practices, with goal of improving product conversion rates.
  • Proactively monitor competitor advertising and organic tactics toconsistently apply best practices to the Open Farm account.
  • Oversee 3P seller behavior and regularly address any pricing violations to ensure buy box ownership.
  • Build weekly reporting cadence of key business metrics to effectively monitor the overall health of the business, and quickly identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Research and resolve issues related to inventory shipments, product listings and amazon policies.
  • Work closely with performance marketing team on Amazon advertising budget.
  • Work cross functionally with the e-commerce, creative and brand team to regularly update Amazon creative and content.

We’re Excited About You Because:

  • 5+ years working directly in the Amazon platform for one or more brands.

  • Strong leadership experience managing a team of 2-5+ individual contributors.

  • Experience managing 6 figure + advertising budgets and working within Seller Central (ie:. working with Seller Support, managing inventory shipments etc.)
