LUIGI SICA has experience in project development management, project engineering, and construction engineering. Currently working at Open Fiber as a Project Development Manager, previously at ZED PROGETTI srl in project engineering. Also, had a role as a Construction Engineer at the Dipartimento della Protezione Civile - Consiglio Nazionale degli Ingegneri during the emergency response to the 2016 earthquake in Central Italy.
