Pritam Palkar

Pritam Palkar has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Pritam worked as the Head of R&D and Engineering at Open Secret since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations from October 2019 to September 2022. Before joining Open Secret, Pritam worked at General Mills as the Manager of External Supply Chain from February 2018 to October 2019. Pritam also held the role of Assistant Quality Manager in the Factory Quality and Regulatory Operations from October 2016 to February 2018. Pritam's earliest work experience was at Mondelēz International, where they worked as an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager from May 2015 to October 2016. Pritam also had roles as a Senior Executive in Quality System and Food Safety from October 2013 to May 2015, and as a Quality Executive from June 2010 to October 2013.

Pritam Palkar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including the Certificate of Completions QUALITY ASSURANCE LABORATORY TESTING FOR FOOD INDUSTRY (IS0 17025) under FRCC Professional Course in December 2021 from Food Regulations and Compliances Center. Pritam also holds a Cost of Quality and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Vision Excellence Consulting Private Limited, obtained in August 2021. Pritam Palkar is a Certified Lead Auditor FSSC V.5.1, certified by SGS in July 2021. Pritam also obtained an Advanced Manufacturing Level 2 FOSTAC certification from MicroChem Silliker - Méreux NutriSciences India in May 2021. Lastly, Pritam Palkar holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Mondelēz International, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
