Beth Dunlap

Beth Dunlap serves as the Director in the VP & COO Office at Open Society Foundations, where Dunlap has led various strategic projects since November 2016, including the creation of The Lab, an innovation accelerator that supports over 1,000 change-makers across 35 countries. Prior experience includes roles at USAID, where Dunlap provided strategic guidance for political transitions in multiple regions, and consulting with Chevron on economic development in Bangladesh. Dunlap's earlier positions at the International Organization for Migration involved managing programs related to counter-trafficking and assisted voluntary return. Dunlap holds an MA in International Administration with a focus on Human Rights & International Law from the University of Denver and a BA in Religious Studies and Human Geography from The University of Georgia.
