Nicole A. Stallworth

Nicole A. Stallworth currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Soros Economic Development Fund at Open Society Foundations since June 2020, advising on legal matters related to impact investing and shaping the Fund's global strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at New York University, handling legal affairs for the Financial Operations and Treasury Division, and Associate General Counsel at Battery Park City Authority, advising on various legal matters related to a luxury real estate development. Nicole has also worked at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP as a Senior Associate, managing substantial municipal securities transactions, and held positions at several law firms and corporations, beginning with roles as a legal intern. Nicole A. Stallworth holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BS in Marketing with Honors from Hampton University.
