Tinatin Tsertsvadze has extensive experience in advocacy and policy analysis with a focus on EU foreign policy, sanctions, and human rights. Currently serving as an Advocacy Advisor at Open Society Foundations since May 2020, Tsertsvadze has held multiple roles including Senior Policy Analyst and Acting Head of Team. Prior to this, Tsertsvadze was Advocacy Director and Gender Adviser at International Partnership for Human Rights from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included establishing high-level dialogue with EU institutions and overseeing gender policy and digital security. Tsertsvadze has been actively involved in the Human Rights and Democracy Network as a member of its managerial Troika and has contributed to research and advocacy efforts for EU policies towards Central Asia at Fundación para las Relaciones Internacionales y el Diálogo Exterior. Tsertsvadze holds a Master of Arts in European Studies/Public Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Languages & Interpretation from Georgian Technical University.
