Thom Hornback

Thom Hornback has extensive work experience spanning various industries. Thom currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Open Source Integrators, starting in December 2022. Additionally, they serve as the PMO at the same company since March 2022. Previously, Thom worked at Calderys as the Director of Project Execution / Interim Operations Manager from June 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they were the Project Management Director - North America Region at GE Power from September 2018 to May 2019. Thom also worked at ATS Automation, Inc, where they held the roles of Datacenter Program Director from February 2018 to August 2018, and Project Manager from May 2017 to February 2018. Furthermore, they worked as a Consultant/Project Manager at Esri from November 2010 to April 2017. Thom began their career in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, serving from August 2000 to December 2010.

Thom Hornback attended Oregon State University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geography. In 2015, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2017. After that, Thom pursued further education at Grand Canyon University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their degrees, Thom Hornback also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), which was obtained from the Project Management Institute in November 2021.
