Pradeep K. has a diverse range of work experience in the software development field. Pradeep began their career at United Online as a Trainee in the Software Administration Team, where they gained valuable experience in the industry. Pradeep later worked at Norfolk Southern as a Co-Op Application Developer before joining Open Systems Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. At Open Systems Inc., Pradeep was responsible for designing and programming AdaptOne Workplace and the AdaptOne Applications, an web application platform for developing web-based business applications. Pradeep then moved to Nowcom as a Senior Software Engineer, where they analyzed software requirements, prepared design documents, and provided technical guidance to junior engineers. Pradeep eventually returned to Open Systems Inc. as a Lead Software Developer, taking on additional responsibilities such as mentoring team members and designing and programming AdaptOne Workplace and Solutions.
