Wojtek Chomczynski

Wojtek Chomczynski has a rich and diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Wojtek started their career as a Help Desk Specialist at YPF SA in 1994. Wojtek then transitioned to software development roles at Movicom BellSouth, where they worked as a Software Developer, Software Development Team Lead, and eventually as a Software Development Manager.

In 2005, they joined Telefónica - Global IT as the Head of Software Development, responsible for the development and delivery of BSS solutions for Telefónica operations in LATAM. Wojtek later became the Head of Global Projects and Initiatives, where they defined the application map and managed the project portfolio across different business units.

Chomczynski then moved to Telefónica Czech Republic in 2011, where they held various positions. As the Head of IT Architecture, they implemented the IT strategy into the company's system map. Wojtek also served as the Head of System Development, responsible for defining the system evolution roadmap and ensuring compliance with IT architecture blueprints.

From 2014 to 2019, Chomczynski worked at Indra as a Business Development Manager and Project Director. In this role, they focused on developing Indra's position in the Polish Energy market, building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and establishing a partner ecosystem for market penetration.

Their most recent position is as the Sales Director for Europe at Open Systems International since November 2019. This role involves overseeing sales operations and strategies in the European market.

Throughout their career, Chomczynski has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of IT architecture and systems development. Wojtek has also gained significant experience in the energy and telecommunications sectors.

Wojtek Chomczynski pursued their education at the University of Buenos Aires, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 1991 to 1994. Wojtek further enhanced their academic qualifications by obtaining a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same university between 1996 and 1999.
