Ouafae Hannaoui has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ouafae started their career as a Project Coordinator at Innovation Center Denmark in 2006 and then moved on to work as a Marketing Coordinator at Bluelon from 2003 to 2008. At Bluelon, they were responsible for delivering marketing information on behalf of the marketing department.

In 2008, Ouafae joined Mixel, Inc. as a Marketing Manager where they handled various tasks such as directing sales and marketing activities, managing the company's website contents, and representing the company at trade shows and events.

Ouafae then transitioned to Nexenta Systems in 2011 as a Senior Channel Marketing Manager before moving to sTec, Inc. in 2013 as a Global Channel Marketing Manager.

From 2015 to 2016, Ouafae worked as a Global Channel Marketing Manager for HGST, a Western Digital brand, where they contributed to creating environments for data to thrive.

In 2016, they became a Senior Enterprise Partner Program Manager at Western Digital, where they played a key role in driving innovation and delivering data solutions.

Ouafae then joined Stellus Technologies in 2019 as a Sr. Sales & Channel Enablement Manager, where they worked on high-performance data systems for unstructured data challenges in the Cloud, Core, and Edge infrastructures.

In 2020, they moved to Open Systems, a secure access service edge (SASE) pioneer, as the Head of Field and Channel Marketing.

Currently, Ouafae serves as the Director of Global Field & Alliances Marketing at Ontinue, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Ouafae has gained expertise in various areas such as marketing coordination, channel marketing, partner program management, and sales enablement.

Ouafae Hannaoui obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from San Jose State University, with a minor in Communication. Ouafae also holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University Moulay Abdellah Fes. In terms of certifications, they have completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership, obtained a Miller Heiman Certification from the Miller Heiman Group, and attended a Decker Training Workshop provided by Decker Consulting & Training, LLC.
