Stéphanie Falbriard has an extensive work experience. Stéphanie started their career as an Intern Engineer at Logitech in February 2012. Stéphanie then joined Open Systems AG in January 2013 as a Security Engineer and later became a Technical Account Manager in July 2015. In 2017, they joined Open Systems as a Senior Technical Account Manager, and eventually became a Customer Success Director in April 2019.

Stéphanie Falbriard completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science with a minor in Biocomputing from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the same institution from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they attended Carnegie Mellon University to study Computer Science without obtaining a specific degree. Alongside their education, Stéphanie obtained certifications such as GIAC Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership (GSTRT) in April 2022 and GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED) in October 2017 from GIAC Certifications.
