Lizle Johnson

Lizle Johnson has a diverse and extensive work experience, primarily focused on human resources. Lizle started their career as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at Hudson in 2011. Lizle then worked as an HR Consultant at Talent2/Allegis, onsite with Telstra from 2012 to 2014. Lizle Johnson then joined Wood as a Human Resources Advisor from 2014 to 2016. Lizle moved on to work at Sensis as an HR Business Partner/Talent & Capability from 2016 to 2019. Lizle Johnson's most recent role was at Open Universities Australia, where they served as the People Experience Lead from 2019 to 2023 and is currently the Head of People Experience. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Change Manager at NAB in 2018.

Lizle Johnson began their education at Our Lady of Mercy College from 2000 to 2005. Lizle then attended Latrobe University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus in Marketing and Human Resource Management. In 2009, they also attended KEDGE Business School for a short period, studying HR IR and Union Movement in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
