Ben Rossen

Ben Rossen has had a diverse career in the legal field, working in various roles such as Special Counsel for Privacy and Data Security at Baker Botts, Counsel for the Energy & Commerce Committee at the U.S. House of Representatives, and as a Co-Founder of Smallknot, a crowdfunding platform for local businesses. Ben also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon and has experience as an Associate at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP. Currently, Ben serves as an Associate General Counsel for AI Policy & Regulation at OpenAI. Prior to this, Ben held positions at the Federal Trade Commission, including Counsel to the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection and Senior Attorney in the Division of Privacy & Identity Protection.
