Bernardo Pimentel

Bernardo Pimentel is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in technical sourcing and recruitment across various industries. Currently a member of the recruiting staff at OpenAI since June 2025, Bernardo previously served as a technical sourcer at Meta, where sourcing support was provided for multiple functions including software engineering and AI policy.
