Alejandra Molina is a Tech Recruiter at OpenDev Pro since November 2021, specializing in the recruitment of various software development profiles, including Software Architects, Technical Leads, QA, Automation Testers, Functional Analysts, Developers of different seniorities, Project Managers, and Product Owners. Alejandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Yacambú (2011-2015) and has further enhanced professional skills through courses in IT Selection, Human Resources, and OKR Fundamentals. Currently, Alejandra is pursuing additional studies at the University of Buenos Aires.
