Bryan Hidalgo

Bryan Hidalgo is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Opendoor. Bryan has previous experience as the Head of Client Experience & Operations at Atticus from October 2020 to May 2021, and as the Head of Customer Experience at Opendoor from March 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Operations & Risk Management at Lending Club from February 2014 to May 2018, and before that they were the Senior Director, Retail Credit Solutions at Oportun from June 2013 to January 2014. Before joining Oportun, Bryan was with Visa for over a year as the Senior Business Leader for Consumer Credit Products. Prior to their time at Visa, Bryan worked for HSBC for seven years in various positions including Vice President, Global Change Delivery and Director of Marketing. Bryan's career began at First Data Corporation where they worked their way up from Operations Manager to Manager, CRM Technology at NextCard.

Bryan Hidalgo has a BA in International Relations and Spanish from the University of California, Davis.

Bryan Hidalgo reports to Andrew Low Ah Kee, President. They are on a team with Lena Madison - Head of Processing and Closing, Beth Stevens - Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary, and Angeline Vuong - Head of Buyer Growth.
