Olivia Gonzalez

Olivia Gonzalez, known as OG, serves as the Global Head of Talent Coordination, Offers, Onboarding, and DEIB at Opendoor since August 2022. Prior to this role, Olivia held various positions including Manager of Talent Acquisition Coordination at Splunk from May 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing recruiting coordination for the Americas and Canada, enhancing candidate experience, and building effective partnerships within Talent Acquisition. Previous experience includes roles at Silicon Valley Bank providing executive support to marketing leaders, Yahoo! overseeing the global employee referral program, and positions at the City of Sunnyvale, SCI, Medical Manager Software/WEB MD, and Adecco Technical in various human resources and administrative capacities. Olivia has actively contributed to LatinX Employee Resource Groups in multiple leadership roles since 2020. Educational background includes attendance at West Valley College from 2000 to 2002.
