Rob Williams

Rob Williams is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Opendoor since December 2018, Rob heads the CRM Platform and Trust & Safety teams, focusing on improving internal tooling architecture and designing modular real-estate tools. Previous roles at Opendoor include Software Engineering Manager for the Home Intelligence team, leveraging IoT, machine learning, and data science to enhance security. Prior to Opendoor, Rob held positions at the American Academy of Religion, Connecture, and The Sycamore Group, accumulating a diverse skill set in managing technical budgets, leading distributed development teams, and creating large-scale applications. Rob holds a BS with Honors in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
