Dr. Amy Migliori has a diverse work experience in the fields of scientific partnerships, program management, business development, and research. Dr. Amy is currently employed at OpenEye and Cadence Molecular Sciences, where they hold the role of Scientific Partnership Business Development Manager and Head of Partnerships. Previously, they worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they served as a Program Manager, Business Development Executive, and Postdoctoral Researcher. At BASF, they worked as a Scientist III. Prior to that, they worked at the University of California at San Diego as a Staff Scientist, focusing on molecular modeling and DNA-mediated looping. Dr. Amy also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, San Diego, where they gained expertise in single-molecule biophysical methods and the study of motor proteins. Their earlier experience includes roles as an Analytical Biochemistry Contractor at Simon's Rock College of Bard and a Summer Intern at Synta Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Amy received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2002 to 2006.
From 2006 to 2008, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemistry at UC San Diego.
Dr. Amy then went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from UC San Diego, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013.
Following their Ph.D., Dr. Migliori worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar in Theoretical Biophysics at the Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2018 to 2020.
Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, they attended the Quantic School of Business and Technology to pursue an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Migliori obtained a certification as a Team4Tech Fellow from Team4Tech in May 2023.
