Arthur Warren

Arthur Warren has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Arthur started their career as a Contractor at Duke Energy Corporation in 1996, where they worked until 2001. Arthur then joined James W. Sewall Company as a Developer in 1994 and stayed with the company until 2013. At PenBay Solutions, they worked as a Software Engineer from 2013 to 2020. Warren then joined Cartegraph in 2020 as a Senior Developer and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Developer at OpenGov Inc. since September 2022.

Arthur Warren attended George Stevens Academy for an unknown duration and did not receive a degree. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine from 1987 to 1991. Arthur furthered their education by completing a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1991 to 1993.
