Krista Shadley

Krista Shadley has a diverse work experience. Krista started their career as an Assistant Salon Director at Official Sun Tan City in February 2011 and worked their way up to become a District Manager before leaving in January 2016. Krista then joined Kunkel & Associates, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist and later became the Human Resources Manager from August 2018 to January 2020. In 2020, they joined Cartegraph as a People and Culture Partner, where they worked until 2022 when OpenGov, Inc. acquired the company. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at OpenGov, Inc.

Krista Shadley attended the University of Iowa from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree with a minor in Communication Studies. Krista'sfield of study was Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Certified Culture Index Analyst from Culture Index in October 2020, and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2021.
