Shara Seligman

Shara brings nearly 15 years of culture-building, leadership development and people operations experience to her role as Vice President of People at OpenGov. Shara is passionate about building innovative, high-performance company culture, and creating scalable process and programs in rapid-growth startup environments. Her experience at Sunrun (IPO 2015), BrightRoll (Yahoo! acquisition 2015), Grammarly, and Massdrop have taught her the joy and importance of developing management and leadership training programs to ensure engagement and growth for employees at all levels. Shara is a graduate of UCLA with a bachelors degree in Political Science.
