Tristan Haas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as a Head Lifeguard at the Town of Wilton in 2014. They then interned at the United States Senate and later worked as a Customer Success Intern at Pendo.io. Following this, Tristan served as a Corporate Paralegal at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP. They then transitioned into the finance sector, working as an Analyst and later an Associate in Credit at Morgan Stanley. In 2021, they joined Apollo Global Management, Inc. as an ESG and Sustainability Associate and later became an Associate Director in the same field. Tristan was also a Member of the Corporate Reporting Reference Group at the Principles for Responsible Investment from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President in Sustainable Investing at both J.P. Morgan and OpenInvest, a J.P. Morgan company. Their work experience demonstrates a strong background in sustainable finance and a commitment to aligning capital with values.

Tristan Haas completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Policy Studies, Economics, and Markets and Management at Duke University from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at New York University in Madrid, Spain. Prior to their university education, Tristan attended Wilton High School from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a NYU Stern Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business in 2022.
