Srisu Subrahmanyam has an extensive and diverse work experience. Srisu started their career as a Managing Consultant at Advanced Process Combinatorics, Inc., where they led projects and developed decision-support systems for process industry firms. Srisu then joined United Airlines, where they held multiple leadership roles in technology and process improvement, leading supply chain strategies and implementing optimization models and process improvements.

After their time at United Airlines, Srisu Subrahmanyam served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, as well as the Head of Supply Chain at Career Education Corporation. Srisu was responsible for transforming the procurement organization and overseeing the supply chain business unit.

Subsequently, they joined Orchard Group as a Principal, focusing on helping clients achieve superior business performance through rigorous execution and value capture.
