Elisabeth Nelson has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 2007, they started as a Call Center Agent at Colonial Bank and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Herff Jones, initially as a Technical Support Adviser and later as a Customer Service Adviser. During their time at Herff Jones, they provided technical support and training, managed customer support for poster programs, and assisted customers with various inquiries. In 2018, Elisabeth became a Production Liaison at Herff Jones, where they continued their previous responsibilities and took on additional duties. In 2020, they joined Openly as an Agent Relationship Specialist and eventually became an AX Team Lead, where they coached and led a team while ensuring service levels were maintained. Currently, Elisabeth works at Openly as a CX Content Creation Specialist, where they plan, creates, and updates AX content across multiple channels and responds to agent or policyholder communications and escalated issues. Elisabeth also collaborates cross-functionally to monitor trends and ensure consistency and accuracy in content.
Elisabeth Nelson's education history consists of pursuing a BA of Liberal Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Journalism at Auburn University at Montgomery. Elisabeth also studied English with a Journalism emphasis at Faulkner University and Journalism at Troy University. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications such as the Personal Lines Broker-Agent certification from the Alabama Department of Insurance in January 2021 and the CompTia A+ Certification from CompTia in December 2010.
