Marjorie Hook

Marjorie Hook has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on people and operational excellence. Marjorie is currently the Vice President of People and Culture at Openly, where they lead the talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, HR operations, internal communications, and people analytics functions.

Before that, Marjorie worked as the Global Head of People at Okcoin, where they played a key role in scaling the hyper-growth business globally and creating a supportive ecosystem for employees.

Prior to Okcoin, Marjorie held multiple roles at Reltio, including Vice President of Learning and Development and Vice President of Human Resources and Operational Excellence. In these positions, they implemented learning and development programs and oversaw various HR initiatives.

Marjorie also served as the Head of Global Lean Six Sigma Academy at Advanced Micro Devices, where they provided training, coaching, and consulting services to drive process improvement and cost reduction.

Marjorie began their career at Accenture Consulting/The George Group and Dell as a Lean Six Sigma consultant, where they gained expertise in process improvement.
