Ralph J. Jackson

Ralph J. Jackson has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Ralph J. started their career at Sapient, Inc. in 1996 and worked as a Senior Software Engineer until 2014. Ralph J. then joined Openet Telecom as an Advanced Engineer from 2014 to 2017.

In 2017, Ralph joined Yum! Brands / Pizza Hut as a Golang Developer, where they enhanced Pizza Hut's micro-service delivery platform and built an internal CMS system to support mobile application customizations.

In 2018, Ralph worked at PowerChord, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer and at Ardan Labs as a Senior Software Engineer. At Ardan Labs, they focused on Go(Golang) backend micro-services development for the client CampMinder, utilizing Kubernetes cloud deployment in Azure, Go, REST services, MS SQL Server, and RabbitMQ.

From 2019 to 2020, Ralph worked at TDI as a Senior Software Engineer, and since 2020, they have been employed at Openly Inc. in the same position.

Ralph J. Jackson has a diverse education history in the fields of mathematics and computer science. Ralph J. holds a Master of Science (MS) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition, they have pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky. Currently, Ralph is in the process of completing their studies at the University of Florida, where they are an All But Dissertation (ABD) candidate in Computer Science.
