Tim Kyse has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tim is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Openly as of March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vimeo from April 2021 to March 2022 as the Director of Systems and Service Technology, where they led a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through technology and managing various support functions.

Before their time at Vimeo, Tim Kyse held the position of Vice President-Client Services and Support at ClickPay from August 2011 to April 2021. During their tenure, they played a key role in building and managing the global support operation, growing the team from 1 to 200 members. Tim was also responsible for customer support, support technology, account management, and BPO management. Clickpay was later acquired by RealPage.

In addition, Tim worked as a Project Manager at Foundry9 from August 2010 to August 2011, where they oversaw the execution of project plans and managed client relationships primarily in the internet marketing sector. Tim also served as the Director of Network Operations at Arena Media Networks from July 2007 to November 2009, leading the deployment of ad insertion systems in professional sports stadiums nationwide. Earlier in their career, Tim held roles at Dependable Mulch as the Vice President of Operations from March 2002 to December 2006, ESPN.com as a Legal Intern in 2001, and Major League Baseball (MLB) as a Public Relations Intern from August 2000 to January 2001.

Tim Kyse attended Ithaca College from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Information and Communications.
