Vinod Pawar has over 15 years of active working experience with ICon Labs, Pune and AutoVue Electronics (Pune) Pvt. Ltd. Vinod has held various roles including Head of Information Technology Department and Sr. Software Engineer, Database Administrator, Business Analyst & Project Manager. Their experience includes Windows Application Development, Web Development, Full-Stack Development, ERP/CRM Development, and '21 CFR Part 11' Compliance Application Development. Vinod has served industries in Mechanical Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical customize software. Vinod Pawar has also been involved in system architecture and has developed and configured over 23 custom products and software systems with full ownership.

Vinod Pawar obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from VPIMSR, Sangli from 2005 to 2008. In May 2008, they also obtained the MCTS (ASP.NET) 70-528 certification.
