Amy Panzarasa

Amy Panzarasa has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2000 as an Executive Recruiter at Tangerine. Amy then held similar roles at various companies from 2002-2004, before becoming a Senior Recruiter at Mattel, Inc. in 2004. From 2007-2015, they held the roles of Director of Creative Management and Director of Talent Management at TBWA Chiat Day. From 2012-2018, they were the Director of Creative Services at Saatchi & Saatchi, followed by the role of Chief Talent & Culture Officer at Phenomenon from 2018-2020. Most recently, they have been the Head of People Operations at PeerStreet from 2020-2022 and at OpenNode from 2022 onwards.

Amy Panzarasa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Providence College.
