Customer Support at OpenPhone

Vishal Bisani is currently a Customer Support at OpenPhone. Prior to that, they were with Wealthsimple as a Customer Experience Associate from January 2021 to June 2022. Vishal was also with Advertout as a Business Sales Consultant from April 2017 to June 2019.

Bisani has always been passionate about helping businesses grow. Vishal was also responsible for ideating on lead generation and business growth. Under their leadership, the company grew from 4 to 25 clients in 2 years.

At Wealthsimple, they were part of a 50-people strong customer experience (CX) team that was facing a 400% backlog on service-level agreement (SLA) in 2021. Vishal was also selected as part of the first cohort to start Live chat support. In their role, they were successful in bringing back $3 million in assets under management (AUM) and worked closely with the product team on workflow improvements. Vishal completed their training and ramped up to help with the ticket backlog in the shortest time on the team. Vishal received 4-star rating for their performance (ticket solves, CSAT) in 3 semi-annual reviews.

Bisani is currently using their skills and expertise to support customers at OpenPhone.

Vishal Bisani has an Intermediate Proficiency Competence Exam in Accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Vishal also has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Administration and Management, General from Loyola College. In addition, they have a high school diploma from Chinmaya Vidyalaya. Vishal also has two certifications from LinkedIn in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping and SAP Financials Essential Training. Finally, they have a certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in computer training course completition.

They work with Drew Johnston - Customer Support, Romielyn Baladjay - Customer Support Specialist, and Alexey Naumov - Senior iOS Software Engineer. Vishal Bisani reports to Ty Hill, Head of Support.
