Charlotte LaViolette has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte is currently working at Openprise as a Customer Success Director since July 2022. In addition to their formal education, Charlotte has obtained several certifications in the field of marketing and sales. Charlotte became a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in April 2020, a Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant in July 2019, a Salesforce Certified Administrator in September 2018, and a Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist in August 2018. Prior to that, they received the Marketo Certified Solutions Architect certification in June 2017, the Management Consulting Institute Level 1 Certification in October 2016, the Marketo Revenue Cycle Analytics certification in September 2016, and the Marketo Certified Expert certification in June 2015. Charlotte also obtained the Eloqua 10 Certification in July 2013.
