Grant Saechao has held various roles in the field of customer success. Grant began their career as a Customer Success Associate at Openprise in May 2019 and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Associate in May 2020. In April 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager and continued in this role until November 2022 when they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Openprise, Grant worked as a Radio Frequency Subcontract Engineering Intern at SSL (Space Systems Loral) from June 2015 to August 2015.
Grant Saechao attended San Jose State University from 2013 to 2018. Grant earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a focus in Management Information Systems.
