Jean-Philippe Rezler has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Jean-Philippe currently holds the position of Analytics and AI Lead at Opensee and is the Founder of Markets Science Consulting. Previously, they worked at HSBC for over 19 years in various roles, including Head of Global Market RWA Optimisation Unit, MD - Global Co Head of Structured Fixed Income Trading and Quantitative Research, MD - Global Head of Structured Rates Trading, Director - Co-Head of Europe Structured Rates Trading, Director - Co-Head of Structured Rates Trading, Paris, Director - Structured Rates Trader, and Associate Director - Structured Rates Trader. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in risk management, financial resource management, trading, and quantitative research in structured rates and fixed income.

Jean-Philippe Rezler earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Economy, Finance, and Stochastic calculus from École Polytechnique from 1998 to 2001. Jean-Philippe then pursued a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Economy and Finance from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech from 2001 to 2004. In 2003, they started a 1st year PhD in Probability and Finance at Pierre and Marie Curie University. In 2021, they attended Le Wagon to study Artificial Intelligence, although no degree was specified.
