Jezus Cicero is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Executive for SMB EMEA at OpenSesame since April 2019, Jezus has also held the roles of SDR Team Lead and Sales Development Representative IV, focusing on addressing training challenges for Human Resources and Learning and Development. Prior to OpenSesame, Jezus worked at Genpact as a Customer Service Lead, overseeing a team, and at Best Buy as a Customer Service Representative, enhancing customer relationships. Early career experiences include roles as a Social Media Management Intern at Silicon Valley Children's Fund and a Public Relations Intern at R/West, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of San Francisco.
