Peter Horak

Peter Horak is a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at OpenSpace since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in computer vision and software engineering. Previously, Peter held the position of Senior Member of Technical Staff and Member of Technical Staff II at Draper from June 2018 to December 2021. Prior experience includes a Software Engineering Internship at Open Source Robotics Foundation, where enhancements were made to the Gazebo multi-robot simulator, and an Algorithm Development Internship at BioSensics LLC, focusing on movement classification and algorithm optimization. Peter's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and Physics from Dartmouth College.
